Terry County Abstract & Title was originally founded in 1932 by Joe & Elizabeth McGowan, as McGowan Abstract & Title Co. Over the many years since its founding, the firm has provided abstracts, title insurance and escrow services to Brownfield and Terry County real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, corporations and homeowners. In 2024, we became Terry County Abstract & Title, and are excited to proudly continue the company's decades of achievement and service.
